Wendy Goucher is a Chartered Cyber Security Consultant specialising in cyber risk and works with the crazy-smart team at Arcanum Cyber. She brings a strong business focus to her work and draws on her research experience to help organisations, including parts of government, develop a clearer understanding of cyber risk and threat.
Rosie Anderson
Rosie helps businesses find the right solutions to their cybersecurity challenges — without making cyber feel more complicated than it needs to be.
After 20 years solving hiring challenges in tech recruitment, she moved into cybersecurity and now works across everything from security maturity and Board tabletop exercises to penetration testing, threat modelling, SOC, SIEM and security management.
Her approach is built around relationships rather than simply selling a security service. She asks the difficult questions, gets to understand the real problem and then helps organisations work out what they actually need.

With more than 17 years’ experience operating at CISO level, he works with Boards, executive teams and regulators to turn complex cybersecurity, resilience and regulatory challenges into clear business priorities.
